From Year 9 to Year 12, I was a SOTA student – or, more specifically, an OAC (Open Access College) student.

The whole concept of School of the Air is pretty unique to Australia – although “internet schools” are becoming more popular worldwide, I don’t know that there are any other formerly radio-based school systems quite as old as SOTA.

While not many, here are some posts I did while I was still at OAC. I’m particularly proud of “SOTA Tips” and wish there was some way to promote them more – for an almost entirely internet-based system of education, there’s very little information out there about SOTA and even less information to help kids who are learning that way.
